Monkey Island Waterfront with Dock and Ramp

Newly remodeled Lake House in Port Duncan on Monkey Island. Fresh new granite countertops, wood floors and new stainless appliances. Master bed downstairs with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with with Queen bed and one with full size and twin size. Large sectional sofa for additional sleeping. Easily sleeps 8. High speed internet with WiFi. Beautiful large Trex deck that wraps around the back of the home. Outstanding view from the deck into the cove and down to the boat dock. Deep cove with fishing from the dock. Gas grill on the deck with plenty of lounging and eating spaces. Safe comfortable neighborhood with lots of trees and wildlife. Deer are everywhere!!
