The cabin and surroundings are simply beautiful! It’s rustic and cozy with modern touches that combined to make our stay most enjoyable. Everything from check in to checkout went smoothly. Sitting on the porch, deck or around the campfire… pure heaven!

The Afton Cabin was cozy and clean. Check-in/check-out was simple and quick. The host was accommodating and responded to each message quickly. We were in the area for a wedding and this stay gave us an opportunity to gather and fellowship with family. I would suggest being prepared with food. It’s a very small town and it seemed most places were closed on Sundays. Locals we did come in contact with were extremely pleasant.

Old Friends, Fun times

A wonderful stay in very pleasant accommodations. Beds were comfortable, amenities are great!. We had a question about the tv, called the host and he was quick to reply with helpful suggestions A beautiful setting, in a quaint town, but you felt like you were in the woods. Highly recommend!

Stay was great. The cabin is easily accessible off the highway while still feeling remote due to the surrounding nature. We saw deer every evening and morning. Check in was extremely easy. Key was in an easy to locate lockbox with an automatic light over it. House was equipped with all the essentials and the various window a/c units kept us very cool while the weather was in the 90s. The host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns leading up to and during the trip.

Great stay at a beautiful cabin

My husband and I stayed with out adult children and their partners. We had a lovely time. There is a front and back porch to sit and relax. The furniture was comfy. The cabin was super clean. The bed was comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay.

Another fun golf trip!

We returned this year for another terrific stay in this cabin while the 3 of us golfed for several days. It was a great stay as usual, enjoyed ourselves on the course and at the cabin. It's a very rustic and comfortable place to stay and I recommend it highly!!!!!!

Cute log cabin

A very cozy but not small log cabin. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. Our grandsons enjoyed sledding down the hill in the front yard. Used the wood stove everyday, such a nice touch.

Great Cabin!

My family & I had a great time at this cabin, the Host was very nice & accommodating. Cabin was very clean, and spacious and there was plenty of firewood for the Woodburning stove to keep it warm & toasty! My only tip to pass on to potential renters would be to bring a couple baby gates if you have little ones with you, to help deter them from getting too close to the woodburner.

Annual Afton golf outing

This property was the perfect place to stay for our annual golf trip. It’s location in the quaint village of Afton is centrally located with a variety of nearby restaurants and the golf course is very close. We would definitely recommend and will probably come back again next year.

From the door it was great from speaking to the property owner to the location of the property

We came in from NJ to go to a family event. After booking I spoke with the property owner about a late check in and I had a few questions about the area. Very helpful in all aspects.
