“Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. He was very friendly and helpful. The windows were really filthy and carpet needed scrubbed. There was no hot water in kitchen sink. I have never complained about a VRBO rental. We were……

Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. The bed was comfy, kitchenette has all the necessities, including coffee, tea, bottled water and even a variety of small treats for us as well as our dogs.……

“Could not access the property for three days. Was not able to connect with the local property manager or with Virgo. Had to find other accommodations. When I finally got the code the lock box wouldn’t open at first until several attempts. Will not use this service again. The worst!”

“The house was perfect size for our family. It is larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. You could hear the train a couple times- this didn’t bother us. Our only hiccup was the oven would work. We contacted owners and they tried to get it fixed but were unable to get someone out over our weekend stay. With a food allergy we typically meal plan and cook in- with the oven not working we had to improvise, but it all worked out. The stove top did work. We enjoyed our stay and would stay……
