「This hotel is not even to a 2 star standard. The breakfast was poor, they didn’t even have plates and cups, served luke warm tea. There was a cockroach in our room which we had to kill, others had a few in their rooms. The air con did not work in our rooms. 「Whilst the hotel is nice, it is somewhat dated and could certainly do with a renovation. The mattresses on the sun beds most certainly need replacing. And there is a desperate need for more parasols. The biggest downside of this property is the service. To say the level of service is poor would be being kind. There is no urgency in any interaction and you are constantly left waiting. Whether that be for a member of staff to come over, waiting at least 30 mins around the pool area for a drink or...

「Great resort on the beach, amazing pool service. Sadly the menu at the beach is very limited and therefore if you are stay a few days its repetitive. Showers have mold and check in took 1 hour when it’s pretty straight forward. Go to Taghazout bay for gelato and crepes and marimoto at the fairmount for supper. The spa was incredible Khadija was an amazing hairdresser and so lovely.」
