Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen. Vraiment un très bon hôtel et je le conseille vivement.”

“Nous avons passé 10 nuitées, notre séjour à été au top dans cet hôtel, l'accueil est très sérieux et digne d'un 5 étoiles, je tiens a remercier tous le personnel que nous avons rencontré le personnel est bien veillant et pro actif , que sa soit le personnel de cuisine, les techniciennes de surface . Le petit déjeuner est top . Point négatif de l'hôtel : - la grande piscine n'est pas chauffée - la plage privée n'est pas vraiment privé”

“My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from a luxury property. On arrival, one staff member took all three of our passports, completed the check-in process, and told us everything was fine and that our room would be ready shortly. However, when we returned, another employee informed us that our king room for two people could not accommodate a third guest, despite us never being told this beforehand. “Not 4 star, bathrooms are disgusting and need updating as grout is mouldy and water doesn’t drain properly in the shower…really dated. Air conditioners don’t work! Bathroom stink, indoor pool not clean! rude staff telling us we can’t eat breakfast on certain tables because they didn’t want to clean more! Horrible food, so bland and really disgusting. Entertainment not always appropriate for kids even though they said it is family friendly. Never recommend to anyone, waste of money.”

“The staff at Agadir Beach Club are outstanding. The hotel has good food in it's restaurants. There's a terrific singer in the hotel nightclub who performs nightly. There is a large swimming pool in the beautiful grounds. This was my second stay at the Agadir Beach Club, and I plan to come back.”

The bartender at the swimming pool was very sweet and professional; I believe her name was Nisrine, Hdan, another bartender, and Towel service guys, If I remember well, Youssef & Ayoub, the staff was very attentive and provided excellent service. The night staff as well at the upstairs lounge were friendly and welcoming. However, I will mention that you definitely need to dedicate someone to bussing the tables at the swimming pool area, as I had to ask several……

“L'hôtel est très bien, personnel extraordinaire petit b bémol, insectes morts dans la chambre à notre arrivé et forte odeur d'égout dans la.salle de bain. Sinon les instalations sont super.”

“Das Essen im Restaurant ist wirklich nicht gut. Es herrscht Chaos. Man muss ewig einen Platz oder Teller und Besteck suchen. Ständig gibt es mehrere Sachen nicht. “The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and……

“I really enjoyed our stay here, everything was great, there is a huge selection of food, both in the main restaurant and the pool bar (burgers, pizza, salads, cakes, fruit, crepes, doughnuts....so much). You will never go hungry. There is a second restaurant on site its with a set Moroccan menu, you need to book but you don't pay more. The evening entertainment was unbelievable too. I struggle to find something that could be improved ”
