“Absolutely delightful way to begin our trip in Morocco after flying in to Agadir. The hotel/riad was the family home with gorgeous woodwork, tiles, light-filled spacious rooms. Melli is super helpful and responsive. Dinner was delicious. The room had a balcony and view. It is an older home so not “modern” like a hotel but totally comfortable and far more charming. Highly recommend if you’re passing through Agadir and not going to the beach.”

“Très beau lieu intimiste et au calme très beau jardin ( un petit peu plus d entretien)bel emplacement bar piscine restaurant Personnel présent mais discret Petit bémol : être motorisé est un plus car un peu éloigné de la plage, mais si on veux la tranquillité….. Nous y retournerons sûrement ”

“Lovely hotel with a magical feel. Very friendly and welcoming staff, excellent food and comfortable, homely accommodation. Having a dip in the pool with an unobstructed view of the Atlas Mountains is spectacular. The only (very mild) negative is that it is remote- about 20 minutes from Agadir, although that its only 300 Dirham for a return Taxi trip, and there are not a lot of nearby shops. If you’re after bustling nightlife the hotel isnt for you, but if you want a quiet & peaceful getaway……

“Nous avons été tres bien accueuilli par Mustapha et sa femme qui sont des personnes tres accueuillantes et chaleureuses. Tres attentif a nos besoins, leur logement est situé idéalement pour les familles dans un endroit calme. Nous recommandons tres fortement. Ils proposent divers activités et plats locaux. “The biggest attribute at this hotel is not the beautiful building, the amazing food or the calming atmosphere- it’s the combined staff. Literally everyone ( well, perhaps not the spa) meets you with a smile and you’re left in no doubt that you’re welcome and valued. Big shout out to Rida ( but equally want to recognise the other bar and restaurant staff and the endlessly cheerful pool guy and super helpful reception staff. I know why we returned here twice in 3 months - and despite the poor……

“I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Wave. My room was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. The hotel is located in a quiet yet convenient spot overlooking the fantastic beach (5min walk away). The views from the rooftop restaurant of the beach and coastline are tremendous. Included breakfasts were filling and tasty and dinners were good too. Staff was friendly and attentive. Parking was easy. Excellent value. I hope to return!”

“Its not a 5 star hotel so dont expect luxury. It does need modernization and a lick of paint here and there but everything is clean and staff friendly and respectful, you get a pool and breakfast. For what it is you wont find a cleaner place. If you want luxury then pay for a more expensive hotel.”
