"Pros: The flat was very clean and comfortable. The Kitchen was very well equipped, perfect for cooking and there is a supermarket right in front of the house. The terrace is spacious and with beautiful views to the mountain. You have to be aware of, is that that la Aldea de San Nicholas is on the west of the island only connected through different serpentine roads with the rest of the island. "Spent a great fortnight here. Had stayed before and very happy with standard of the accommodation and facilities. A little tired in places, paint, tiles, flooring etc but hopefully these areas are subject to ongoing repairs. Special mention Gabriela Burgos who attended our room to a very high standard indeed. Look forward to our next visit, hopefully soon."

"Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."
