Logement bien équipé, proche du port et au calme. La climatisation est un plus et bien agréable. Wc séparé de la salle de bains, lave vaisselle et lave linge. Impeccable

Nous avons du faire le mĂ©nage en arrivant. Casseroles sales, couvercles avec tĂąches de gras, abattant WC avec tĂąche d'urine, aĂ©rateur noir de crasse et dĂ©posĂ©, congĂ©lateur pas dĂ©givrĂ© avec des tĂąches, lĂšche-frites dans le four pleine de graisse, pas d'alĂšse sur les matelas et oreiller, dĂ©goulinure sur le carrelage mural de la cuisine, ventilateur couvert de poussiĂšre (plusieurs annĂ©es de service sans nettoyage) . Nous avons fait des photos transmises au gĂ©rant et Ă  notre association de consommateurs qui gĂšre le dossier maintenant. Le gĂ©rant est venu constater l'Ă©tat de l'appartement. A priori c'est le propriĂ©taire qui occupait l’appartement avant notre arrivĂ©e. De plus il avait oubliĂ© de laisser la tĂ©lĂ©commande d'ouverture du parking.
