  • This cozy and bright 30 m² studio in Agde is perfect for up to 6 guests, offering a welcoming and functional space with garden access. Located in a family-friendly zone near the sea, the property is conveniently situated 500 meters from the city center, 1 km from the sandy beach, and 1 km from a restaurant, making it an excellent choice for a seaside getaway.

    The studio features a balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the fresh air. Guests can also take advantage of amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, iron, hair dryer, and central heating for added comfort. The property includes access to a communal heated swimming pool and a tennis court, ensuring both relaxation and recreational opportunities during your stay.
