With 2 well-appointed bedrooms and a thoughtful layout, it’s a great choice for families or small groups seeking a relaxing escape near the sea. Located just 200 meters from the sandy beach and steps from local amenities—including Superette Proxi (130 m), the city center (500 m), and the popular Les Roches Marines restaurant (2 km)—you’ll have everything you need within easy reach.
Inside, the apartment offers practical comforts like electric heating, a washing machine, and an iron, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. Open-air parking in the adjoining building adds extra convenience for road-trippers.

The open-plan electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary dishes and utensils—perfect for whipping up meals after a day at the beach or exploring the town.
