Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located at Port Nature colline 2, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Equipped [hidden] gusto). Bathroom open to the sleeping area. Terrace. Car park no. 10.
Tourist tax to be paid 2.30 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 [hidden] to 7 [hidden], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11:00. Optional breakfast 19 euros. Insurance: from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
