  • Magnificent new air-conditioned house with heated swimming pool from April on the edge of the Cap d'Agde Golf Course.
    It is composed of a beautiful living room with sofa bed and fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet, a garage, a large exposed terrace south west not overlooked with view of the golf course and a small sea view.
    Privileged central location in a quiet location 300 meters from shops, 600 meters from the leisure island (casino, nightclubs and fun fair, etc.) and the port and 800 meters from the large beach in richelieu. Also close to Aqualand and Golf International.
    The house is on the edge of the cycle and pedestrian path that leads to all activities with pretty walks in the pine forest in perspective.

Nice holiday house

We had a nice holiday at the clean house with the beautiful pool. We enjoyed the quite terrace with the view on the golf course. The conversation with the hirer in English was always good.

Ruhige, voll ausgestattete Unterkunft mit eigenem Pool. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub! Julien ist total unkompliziert und man kann sich mit ihm sehr gut auf englisch oder französisch unterhalten.

Piscine en très bon état et chauffée à 28,très rare début avril. Jolie maison, décoré avec goût et très propre. On s'y sent bien. Aucun vis à vis, vu sur le golf verdoyant et arboré (vu un écureuil), chants des oiseaux. Au pied du mont Saint-loup qui se visite en petit train, avec un autre circuit qui vous mène aux falaises volcaniques et plagede sable noir. Beaucoup d'activités et centre ville du cap d'agde à 20 min à pied avec beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants, plus la grande roue. Acrobranche et trotinette tout terrain tout proche. Sans oublier le canal du midi et les marchés des petites villes aux alentours. Bonne communication avec l'hôte.

Superbe maison, magnifique vue sur le golf, calme et détente assurée dans cette petite résidence. Nous y avons passé d'excellentes vacances. La piscine était très propre, l'équipement général est de bonne qualité, rien à redire. Le réfrigérateur a montré des signes de fatigue durant notre séjour et le propriétaire s'est montré très réactif en achetant un nouveau le jour même. Je conseille vivement cette maison à ceux et à celles qui veulent visiter le Cap d'Agde et les environs dans une maison chaleureuse, propre et bien placée.

La villa est conforme au descriptif. Le lieu est calme et vue sur le golf. La piscine chauffée un plus. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons volontiers.

Lit cassé! Aucun geste du propriétaire!

Le logement est bien, les photos de l'annonce sont faites avec un grand angle donc les pièces sont assez petite. Piscine au top et chauffée. Depuis la 1ère nuit notre file se plaignait d'avoir mal au dos, après vérification nous avons constaté que les 2 sommiers étaient cassés, l'un était muni d'un pot de peinture faisant office de renfort!!! et l'autre pas. Donc le propriétaire était bien au courant du problème mais n'a voulu rien entendre, il nous a proposé de mettre le matelas par terre mais il n'étais pas question que notre fille passe ses vacances ainsi.Comment est ce possible de recevoir des vacanciers dans de tel condition!! Nous avons du repartir, Vacances donc gâchée. Le propriétaire n'a voulu faire aucun geste commercial, seul Abritel en a fait un petit. C'est scandaleux! Méfiez vous!

Excellent séjour

Location dans une petite résidence privé, à proximité du centre d'Agde et avec belle vue sur le golf. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine chauffée en fin de saison et la proximité des pistes cyclables permettant de faire des belles balades le long des plages, de l'Hérault et du canal. Merci encore à Julien pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour dépanner le four. Au plaisir de revenir une autre fois...

Superbe maison de vacance, idéale pour les familles avec enfants. Équipement parfaits, propreté parfaite. Située au calme donnant sur une piste cyclable où passe les chevaux en balade le soir et sur le golf. Maison proche des centres d’intérêt du cap d’Agde. Propriétaire au top, je recommande ++

Séjour très agréable dans maison avec piscine et vue sur parc

Petite villa très agréable dans quartier super calme avec parking facile. La piscine très agréable, chauffée (avec petit supplément en novembre), pas de vis à vis sauf les joueurs de golf. Petit bémol, batterie de cuisine un peu vétuste et vaisselle "parcimonieuse". Contact agréable avec le propriétaire.

Das Haus ist sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Cap d Agde! dennoch ist das Zentrum und der wöchentliche Markt gut zu Fuss zu erreichen! Die Einrichtung und Möbelierung ist etwas spartanisch und Glühbirnen ohne Lampenschirm fanden wir etwas kühl und lieblos! Wifi ist stabil und gut! leider gibt es keinen Satelliten Tv so das es nur französisches Fernsehen zu sehen gibt! der Pool ist mit ca. 1,50 Meter Wassertiefe nicht für Kopfsprünge geeignet, wird aber 2 x die Woche gereinigt und ist dank neuer Solarandeckung immer schön warm! wir würden wiederkommen 👍🏼

Erholsame Tage in Cap d‘Agde

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem offenen Wohnraum und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die große Terrasse und der Pool sind natürlich das Highlight. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Belle et agréable location au calme

Très bon séjour avec un accueil fort sympathique! Cette location est au calme avec vue sur le golf. Piscine très agréable. Prévoir une bonne marche pour atteindre les plages, tout peut se faire sans voiture !
