- This cozy and bright 27 m² apartment in Agde is ideal for up to 4 guests, offering a waterfront setting perfect for a relaxing holiday. With 1 bedroom, it provides a welcoming atmosphere for couples or small families. Conveniently located near both rocky and sandy beaches (0 m and 300 m respectively), 900 m from a supermarket, and 4 km from the city center, the property is situated in a family-friendly zone by the sea.
The apartment features a balcony with outdoor furniture, where guests can enjoy the serene waterfront views. Additional amenities include electric heating, access to a communal swimming pool, and open-air parking within the same building. The electric kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary dishes and utensils for easy meal preparation.
