「Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!」
「The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. Overall, this did not feel like a 5-star hotel experience at all.」
「Entry to the Hilton hotel was met with the customary sit down (welcome drinks, towels, a run through of the map and facilities of the hotel) which was nice
Reception staff was friendly as expected which is a requirement for front office staff. This was offset by a couple of pretty angry and rude buggy drivers. Nevertheless, doesn’t change our impression of the hotel too much.
The hotel had many pools which would have been great in peak summer with lots of」
「Hotel created from abandoned village in the hills behind Rethymno. Gorgeous location and top notch accommodations. Breakfast was very good, and we had a great meal one night at the restaurant there. Wish we had stayed longer...」
「You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright, spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly....
「The serene and attentive experience at Amira practically guarantees my return. While the ambiance initially suggests a demographic of romantic couples, I visited for a getaway with my teenage daughter, and the execution was flawless. Their attention to detail is remarkable—from the intelligently designed suites to the highly proactive staff. The widespread buffet breakfast is a notable standout, offering extensive, flavorful choices alongside a custom egg station. The beach proximity, despite...
「BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...
「Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...
「Top!
Schade.」
