“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back.”

“We had a luxe swim up room, everything was super clean and well kept facilities. Very friendly staff! They set you up with a mobile app upon arrival that was also very helpful if you’re worried about a language gap. The buffet food was very good and you can also pay for à la carte meals at one of four restaurants! So worth the stay”

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Excellent resort will equiped for families and children needs excellent food and drinks The only issue is because of it’s popularity it is too busy with many children running around and loud noises. Family room is too small and little privacy However very recommended for families”

“Ruhig gelegene, wunderschöne Anlage. Großer Außenpool und viel Grünfläche. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit tollem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Eine gute Bar mit qualitativ hochwertigen Getränke- und Weinsortiment. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswert.”

“The stay was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful with where to eat and visit. In fact all staff, whether it was the staff serving breakfast or cleaners were very attentive to our needs. We were well looked after and it’s in a beautiful spot in Elounda.”

“This hotel is not a 5* Hotel. The hotel is completely out dated and would benefit for a re inspection by the Hellenic Ministry of Tourism and reclassification. The room was in a dangerous condition overall with the balcony the most concerning. The rooms are very old fashioned and outdated. The balcony had several H&S concerns including nails and an uneven surface. The balcony wood also splinters and has not been varnished or looked after. Part of the balcony would lift up if stood in the wrong……

“We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. The food we had at the hotel surpassed our expectations, breakfasts were plentiful of high quality and great……

“Wunderschöne, grüne Anlage. Toller Blick auf die Bucht. Ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten im Strandbereich, gut verteilt auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Wassersportmöglichkeiten vorhanden, natürlich preislich teurer als am Nachbarstrand in Elounda. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen in den à l carte Restaurants, Service war jedoch teilweise etwas langsam/unaufmerksam. Deep Blue Bungalow mit eigenem Pool: Der Pool war sehr groß mit tollem Ausblick. Jedoch entsprach das Zimmer leider nicht den Abbildungen.……
