“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”

“We stayed one night before catching an early (6am) flight. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Central so easy to access the old town of Heraklion, and to find restaurants in easy walking distance. The ride to the airport was only about 11 or 12 minutes. It is central, and so there was street noise for much of the night so if you want quiet choose somewhere else.”

“Eine Wohnung, wie man sie sich in Kreta vorstellt. Sehr liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Für einen Hochstuhl wurde auf Wunsch gesorgt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und half mit Tipps. Ein Frühstück wurde bereit gestellt. Einziges Manko waren die Geräusche durch die Flugzeuge, dafür war der Flughafen zur Abreise in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Gute Parkplatzsituation.”

There weren’t very many amenities in the apartment aside from dishwashing supplies, so it is sparse in that sense. The location has was okay and parking and driving in Heraklion Centre was difficult to find and squeeze through narrow streets. There is no dedicated parking area for this property, so do some research in advance if you can.”
