「The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

「Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained」

「Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).」

「We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new boutique hotel. The location was perfect for us, conveniently close to both the airport and the port, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our...

「This is an extraordinary boutique hotel. Our room was luxurious with a very large balcony with large table and hot tub. Very nice view as well. Staff was welcoming, informative, and answered all questions well. Breakfast was delicious and substantial. Although a little bit out of the historic downtown area of Iraklion, that district was a very walkable distance away. We enjoyed being in the less touristy part of the city and enjoying the local restaurants and shops frequented by residents....

「Tres bien」

「Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. The property is beautiful and isolated, so you need a car to get around here. Our host was lovely and accommodating. We arrived at dark...

「Room is looking not as ok the picture.Dusty inside of the room.Uncomfortable mattress on the couch.Unless, beautiful beach with very nice restaurants, especially Blanco. Good for a few days but not for a week and for small families or pairs.Friendly staff in the hotel but on the evening was a few guys who were unpleasant. Better to take some hotel or apartment near to the Heraklion. But next time i will go to Agios Nikolaos, much better than Heraklion.」

「The property was a “green” property and everything in the room supported that goal.」

「Great place to stay, friendly staff and management. Unfortunately had an issue with my ferry and missed a night of my stay but management was very helpful in trying to accommodate me. My only issue is that then hot water sometimes ran out in the shower and tap but the staff told me they were currently working on this issue which is reassuring. Great central location right near the centre of Heraklion」

「Close to the port and city centre. Spacious room with a balcony. All staff I encountered made every effort to help us. 」
