"This place was seriously fantastic! The views of the mountains were absolutely breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The staff were super friendly, and the food was really good too, especially the breakfast we had at the hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend it. It's definitely a first-class experience all around. The only problem is with the shower keeps switching up hot to cold"

The food was outstanding, especially breakfast, which offered an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options. The pools were beautiful, relaxing, and impeccably maintained, with attentive staff always nearby. What impressed us most was the consistency. Every interaction, every meal, and every corner of the property reflected excellence and attention to detail. The concierge team was also fantastic, providing wonderful recommendations and making every outing effortless. The Four Seasons Marrakech perfectly combines luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. "This riad is an oasis in the chaos of Marrakesh. It is beautiful and very clean. The food is excellent. But what really shines here is the staff. They are phenomenal - no ask is too much. They go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. A special call out to Abdullah and Eunice, who went above and beyond with their service. We wished that we had stayed longer!"

"Such an amazing Riad with such helpful staff. They went above and beyond for us in every way. So kind and attentive. We had issues with the AC on our room on the last night and it was no issue for them to give us a new room (which was actually bigger) so we could sleep in comfort. Amazing location in the Souks, close to everything you would need in Marrakech. Clean property, everything was fantastic. Would stay again"

"The Sofitel has great common areas and pool. They had a few restaurants but would have liked a coffee shop or quick serve cafe. The rooms were ok but a bit dated and the beds were not comfortable. Staff were all pleasant but no one went above and beyond. Location is also pretty good and the property itself is large. The best part really is the pool area. It’s a solid 4 star hotel but not a 5 star luxury."
