"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. Highly recommend this...

"I have stayed at Alexatos several times and will do so again if I come to Agia. The apartments are comfortable clean and quiet, very close to the centre but set back, so almost no traffic and very quiet at night. Mirka, Demetrios and Steven are wonderful hosts and make you feel very welcome - they even helped me with some trouble with my rental car. "

The only issue was the WiFi not reaching the property, but this probably helped me enjoy the local area more. "A beautiful place. It was clean and quiet with an excellent pool. Rooms were well equipped and very well maintained. Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful. It is a 40 walk from Skala but there is an excellent and cheap hotel shuttle and the walk itself was lovely."
