We had a perfect stay in this Hotel. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is also very nice. We would come back again!

We loved the location! But the hotel was awful. On the outside it looks stunning and the rooms and details are gorgeous.. but.. There were ants in our room that got into our clothes. We had a room with a jacuzzi, the cover was broken and styrofoam was everywhere. When we left we received a call from the front desk and they told us we broke the tv. Thankfully we had pictures to provide with a time stamp of our arrival and the evidence of the tv. They are still trying to dispute that we need to pay them $350 Euro. If you do stay, take pictures of everything!

We absolutely loved our stay here and enjoyed the luxury suite. The cleanliness was fabulous and thorough each and every day. We did have to get taxis to and from the town which was €10. The reception was happy to organise these each day for us which was amazing. The pool and double sun loungers were also great with all day sun, capturing the Greek heat! Can’t wait to visit again and stay with you! Thanks for making our stay memorable ☺️☺️☺️

Das Hotel ist in den Berg gebaut, so dass man von einigen Zimmern Meerblick hat. Die Zimmerausstattung ist hervorragend und in erstklassigem Zustand, Der Service ist ebenfalls super. Ich hatte das Glück ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, separatem Schlafzimmer und Dachterasse inkl. Whirlpool zu bewohnen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Zimmer mit Dachterrasse war eigentlich sehr schön. Auch der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war einfach zu nutzen mit Blick über die Bucht. Neben ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Klodeckel beschädigt) war die fehlende Duschtür ein gravierender Mangel, der aber einfach ignoriert wurde. Daher auch nur 3 Sterne. Nach jedem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser. LUXUS APPARTMENT und speziell Service geht anders.

Fantastiskt!

Fantastiskt fint hotell. Ett av få som faktiskt överträffade förväntningarna. Fina rum och poolområde.Även beskrivningarna av hotellet stämde. Byn som hotellet ligger i är liten finns 3 små tavernor och en minimarket. 7 min med bil till Agios Nikolaos rekommenderas. Enda vi saknade på hotellet var en resturang eller bar. Rekommenderas varmt!

Modernes, sauberes Hotel mit etwas hier und da…

Tolles Hotel mit etwas abgelegner Lage zur Stadt Agios Nikolaos. Zu Fuß war es uns zu weit. Dafür unmittelbar neben dem Strand in Ammoudara. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war modern ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Leider hatte der Kühlschrank einen üblen Geruch, daher nur zum Getränke kühlen benutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat die ersten 40 Stunden unseres Aufenthaltes NICHT funktioniert, wir hatten über 27 Grad im Zimmer. In dieser Nacht hat uns der Deckenventilator gerettet. Immer mal wieder funktionierte die Klimaanlage für einige Stunden nicht. Auch in unserer letzten Nacht blieb sie leider komplett aus. Das Personal war sehr bemüht etwas zu ändern, gelang allerdings nicht so schnell. Der Pool und die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, sauber, gepflegt und modern, dies hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis von 14€ pro Person eher wenig Auswahl, dafür viel selbst gemacht und geschmacklich in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit schönen Erinnerungen an unseren Urlaub im Juni/Juli 2023.

Schöne, saubere und neue Anlage. Rezeption sehr freundlich. Leider kein Warmwasser im Zimmer bei Aufenthalt. Abfluss in Dusche schlecht, dadurch ganzes Bad geflutet beim Duschen. Vorsicht bei den Schiebetüren, genau schauen ob diese auch alle verriegelt sind wenn man sie schließt. Wenn Problem mit Warmwasser und Duschablauf behoben kann ich die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
