Excellent place to stay!

What an amazing place to stay! An excellent property. The hostess is sensitive to needs, and hospitable. It is a quiet place with an amazing view of the lake. Highly recommended property right in the midst of all the action in Agios Nikolaus. Restaurants and shopping right outside the door.

Great place if you don't have a car !

Great view on the lake. I was on the impression they have parking but no at all and not easy to find if you arrive by car. This is a challenge because their place is right on the center.

Delightful host, great apartment in perfect spot

We stayed for 5 nights in this perfect apartment with our bedroom balcony overlooking the lake where we could sit comfortably and enjoy a drink and relax . It was quiet and peaceful. Everything in the apartment was immaculate. There is a nice kitchenette with a sofa and a further balcony which was perfect (with a fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine and facilities to enjoy snacks/ light meal). A supermarket was close by and many lovely restaurants (La Strada next door was fabulous with a great menu and lovely staff), snack bars and cafes are in the vicinity to experience. We had breakfast each morning with plenty of choice and fabulous quality in the Arc cafe. Maria the host is the nicest and most helpful and obliging lady you could possibly meet. Her warm personality, generosity and kindness made us immediately feel settled. She truly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. We would return in a heartbeat.

The property is beautiful, perfect location, possibly the best view over the lake/sea. Maria is so lovely and couldn’t do enough for me! I had an amazing time in the short time I was there. Thank you! I’ll definitely stay again

Super accueil de Maria, elle nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour à Agios Nicolaos. L'appartement était très confortable avec une vue de rêve; le lit de très bonne qualité, sur les photos on voit un lit double composé de deux lits simples mais en réalité il y a un sur matelas pour ceux qui comme moi n'aiment pas la separation entre les deux lits; coin cuisine pas sur les photos avec frigo, cafetière nespresso, théière, tasses, verres. Nous sommes restés deux nuits et le nettoyage a été fait après notre première nuit. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de vraiment tout, plein de restaurant et magasins aux alentours, d'ailleurs le petit magasin du même immeuble est géré par le frère et la belle soeur de Maria, il y a de très jolis accessoires. Parking gratuit sur la route pas difficil à trouver en tout cas en mai

This is an amazing property and our studio was super clean, with all the amenities we needed and with a very tasteful decoration. We can't decide if the best part was the fantastic view of the lake and the sea, from our balcony, or the great experience we had with our great host, Maria! Maria gave us many great recommendations, was always available to help and was super friendly - we just wish we had her as our neighbor back home! Overall, this was our best stay in Crete and this says a lot because our other stays were also great - but the combination of the amazing property and our host brings it at the very top! Do yourself a favor and book one of these studios in Ag. Nicolaos.

Virkelig central beliggenhed. Super venlig og imødekommende vært Maria, som gjorde alt for at vi fik et godt ophold. Det eneste minus var at thekøkkenet var uden kogeplader og et virkeligt lille køleskab.
