Hôtel de haut niveau, très bien placé. Très bon service. Seuls regrets piscine dans le chambre froide. Pourquoi une chambre réduite ? C’est un choix d’Expedia ?

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in a while and we have traveled a lot! Great location in Agios Nikoloas. Easy walks to everything. The spa was wonderful with a heated indoor pool and no extra charge. The staff was top notch all around! The breakfast was so wonderful and varied daily . If you are vegan there are numerous excellent options. The hotel room had a sofa and a balcony which was really nice. The outdoor pools are not heated. We were there the middle of October and still went swimming in the sea on a catamaran tour and it was worth it!

Super Hotel in bester Lage. Gerne wieder.

Breakfast was standard, nothing special Bar downstairs had no vibe and closed early, upstairs was cool but no good in the rain, middle bar wasn’t really a bar. Food options were standard hotel level; nothing fancy. Pools weren’t heated but otherwise were fine. A cold hotel room plunge pool was a bit pointless. Hotel itself was very nice; clean, new, well positioned in the town.

The hotel is beautiful but there is no proper beach close by so difficult with children as the pool was extremely cold and not heated. No one swam in it apart from the seagulls as it was so cold which was a shame as it was large and well positioned with sea views.

We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. This saved us time and money looking outside of the hotel for breakfast each day. The hotel restaurant and bar are great too. We spent each night having a delicious meal or drink at the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything to make our stay feel like home. We loved our time! 10/10
