Just the two of us! A studio with unique sea view

Urban styled, fully furnished, renovated studio for two, overlooking one of the nicest sandy beaches of Agios Nikolaos.

Ideal for couples and solo travelers, it features a small, yet well equipped kitchen, free internet access (ethernet and WiFi) and a smart HD TV with access to satellite and online content (Netflix, Amazon Prime video).

The organized (blue flagged) beach of Ammoudi is just footsteps away. Crystal clear shallow water, relaxing atmosphere and a choice of water sports make it enjoyable for all ages.

Close by, the visitor can find a supermarket, restaurants and a beach bar. The town center is an enjoyable 10 minute walk along the nice promenade following the town's sea front.

The neighborhood is safe; hospital and police station are nearby.

An A.T.M. is approximately 350m away. There is a bus stop for local transport just in front of the building.

You are welcomed to contact us should you need any further information.

Potential guests should know that the studio is situated in an urban area. Therefore, a moderate level of background noise is to be expected, especially during high season months (July-August). For those who prefer a quieter environment, the studio is fitted with a double glazed door.

Top Lage, schönes Apartment, sehr sauber und gepflegt

Schönes kleines Apartment in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage zum Strand ist genial! Man geht 2 Minuten zu Fuß. In die Stadt kann man easy in 10 Minuten zu Fuß laufen. Die Hosts waren sehr nett und haben uns am Anfang sehr wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Für einen Urlaub mit seinem Partner einfach genial. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

sehr schöne Wohnung mit herzlichem Empfang

Die Wohnung ist schön zentral im Ort gelegen. Der Hafen, die Innenstadt und alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. 10-15 m fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick ist großartig. Dazu kommt dann noch der sehr nette und herzliche Empfang vom Manolis. Wir sind am orthodoxen Osterwochenende angereist. Da sich dieser Termin nach dem julianischen Kalender richtet, war uns das gar nicht so bewusst. Auf Grund der Feiertage waren dann auch die Supermärkte geschlossen. Das war aber nicht schlimm, da Manolis uns mit einer Grundausstattung an Lebensmittel einschl. Raki versorgt hatte. Auch die gründliche Einweisung in den Ort und die Region hatten wir bisher so noch nicht erlebt. Dafür noch mal danke. Was man aber wissen sollte, zwischen der Wohnung und dem Strand liegt noch eine Straße. Fazit: schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, herzlicher Empfang, wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter

Magnifique studio face à la mer

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maria qui a même compris notre anglais improbable et nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio très fonctionnel et proche de tout (mer, restaurants, supermarché, etc..) Nous avons aussi été agréablement surpris par la propreté du studio et par les nombreuses attentions (1er petit-déjeuner complet, dosettes de café, gel douche, shampoing, etc...) qui témoigne de la générosité et de l'hospitalité des Crétois. Vom Balkon aus das Meer sehen - dort den Trubel der Fußgänger, Mofas und Autos beobachten - herrlich! Wenn es zu laut wird, hält die Tür den Lärm draußen. An absolute gem!

What an amazing studio! Perfectly located with stunning views. Spotlessly clean and so many little extra touches to make it so special. I enjoyed sipping my tea and having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and listening to the sounds of Creta. Do not miss the incredible sunrise from here. Also a perfect place to sit and sip a little raki in the evening. I could not recommend this enough. Manolis and Maria were great. Very responsive. I arrived very late and they met me and even took time to show me some recommendations on the map. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Thank you both so very much, I will be back with my husband soon.

Had a wonderful stay ,The property was well equipped and very clean.It is in an ideal position ,a short walk to the town ,the beach,and the supermarket .The owners were lovely to deal with giving us lots of good recommendations for meals out and areas to visit. They do go that extra mile with the little touches which we really appreciated .

Maria nous a accueilli à l'appartement. Tout était prévu pour un excellent séjour. Studio très propre avec une belle déco et en plus un frigo garni... Bien situé en étant proche du centre d'Agio Nikolaos. A recommander! Nous y reviendrons.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location

The apartment is modern and has all the things you need for a relaxing holiday including excellent aircon. Everything about the apartment is quality. The situation is perfect with Ammoudi Beach across the road which is a lovely sandy beach with excellent facilities. There are a number of very good restaurants within 5 minutes walk and a new supermarket a few minutes walk away. Manolis and Maria are perfect hosts. When we arrived they had provided some basic provisions so we didn't need to rush off to get things for breakfast. They live a few minutes away and are happy to come round if help is needed.
