Hotel pour clientele en goupe cela convenait pour ine etape sur la route de sitia et les ruines de gournia mais c est loin des plages a pied avec grosse denivele !resto egalement a 20mn

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage. Nicht voll in der Stadt und nahe am Strand. Ich finde es trozdem eine Frechheit, dass man für das WLAN und für den Save extra zahlen muss (WLAN sogar pro Person)! Die Zimmer sind von der Grösse normal und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Der Zimmerservice hat zwar jeden Tag geputzt, aber nicht überall gleich sauber.

Dirty, rude, awful food

Don't book this hotel if you intend on taking advantage of the hotel facilities. The rooms were dirty and despite repeated requests to reception to get the rooms serviced and cleaned properly the room wasn't cleaned - lots of other people's body hair left all over the bathroom. The food was very poor standard - breakfast was a bad selection and often covered in flies and dinner options were not better - all poor quality meat, fruit and veg. One of the people we were staying at this hotel with was even regularly refused butter with lunch! The hotel is nowhere near any of the nearby attractions although the beach is nice. Staff overall (with a couple of exceptions) were rude and not helpful at all.

Hôtel super, personnel sympathique, situation géographique exceptionnelle (une plage est directement accessible devant l'hôtel avec quelques minutes de marche qu'en même. Par contre, nourriture infecte à tout point de vue.

Hotel moyen mais cadre magnifique!

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Je ne peux que confirmer les remarques faites par d'autres voyageurs. Cependant, nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour dans cet hôtel pour une chose : la vue sur la mer et la baie magnifique. Ok le tout inclus n'est pas top : les boissons sont inbuvables! Mais les repas sont pas si inmangeable! Enfin ne vous attendez pas a la fiesta autour des boissons illimités comme c'est le cas dans d'autres hotels! Les chambres sont parfaites, confortables, seul point faible l'isolation acoustique. C'est un hotel a forte fréquentation russe (95%...). L'hotel dispose de deux grandes piscines (peu fréquentées donc super, attention ici les commentaires qui critiques le nombre de transats et la taille de la piscine ne concerne pas le Mistral Mare mais surement le Mistral Bay). Il est vrai que l'hotel dispose d'un coté construit récemment mais pour y séjourner vous devez réserver la meilleur categorie de chambre! Mais l'ancien batiment est tres bien aussi hormis les problemes d'insonorisation. Attention le WiFi est payant 30e la semaine environ. En conclusion malgrès la qualité moyenne de l'hotel (j'oubliais : le personnel est très sympatique, faut pas hesiter a leur remonter quand qqch ne vas pas!), elle propose un cadre qui est splendide et est tres facile d'accès!

Griechenland ist weit weg

Wer ein schönes griechisches Hotel sicht ist hier falsch. Dieses Hotel sehr auf russische Gäste abgestimmt (buffet, personal). zudem sind die wände sehr ringhörig. die zimmerausstattung ist zweckgemäss aber sehr billig. das personal ist freundlich aber nicht zuvorkommend. Die zimmer werden sehr minimal gereinigt. frottewäsche und bett werden nur alle 3 tage gewechselt.

Хорошая четверка!

Отель понравился хорошим персоналом(2 местных молодых парня очень вежливые и почти идеально говорят на русском), просторными номерами, видом на окрестности. Были в июне по хорошей цене, бронировали за 1,5 месяца, за 2 недели до отпуска цена выросла в 2,5 раза. Залив и море чудесные, но глуховато там, молодым и веселым будет скучновато вечерами если не выбираться на своем авто. Есть молодые, но одни парочки или с детьми. Почти все на all inclusive. у нас были завтраки(которые были очень посредственными), о чем ни разу не пожалели. Рядом есть кафе Панорама с изумительной едой, крайне доступными ценами и очень веселым и порядочным "зазывалой" родом из Анапы Анастасисом(или по-нашему Станислав), непременно посоветует что попробовать из более чем 30-ти страничного меню.

В первую очередь хочу поблагодарить всех сотрудников отеля. Все они очень милые, добрый и предупредительные люди. Общаться с ними было истинным удовольствием. Хотелось бы отметить пляж, рядом с которым расположен отель. Пляж муниципальный. В сезон зонт и шезлонг платные, но вместе с тем пляж хороший. Песчаный, пологий в живописной бухте. Для отдыха с детьми довольно удобный. Спуск и подъем из отеля длиной метров 100-150. Уклон около 45-50 градусов. В опроснике в основном я проставил оценку 4 за исключением вопроса "Общий рейтинг" и т.к. "Общий рейтинг" (на мой взгляд) 3. На низкую общую оценку повлияло следующее: 1. Однообразное (я бы даже сказал скудное) меню. Сто раз порадовался, что не купил пакет "Все включено", а взял только завтрак. 2. Плохая звукоизоляция номеров. Слышен даже храп в соседнем номере. 3. Отель так устроен, что стоит кому-то из соседей на балконе или проходящих под балконом закурить, табачный дым сразу в номере (при открытом балконе). В нашей семье никто не курит и запах табачного дыма сильно раздражал.

Sehr hellhöriges Hotel, schöner Sandstrand

Wir waren im September 2012 für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Da es so hellhörig ist, kann man gerade mal zwischen 01.00 und 07.00 schlafen, die restliche Zeit wird man von allen Ecken und Enden wach gehalten (man hört sogar den Fernseher im Zimmer neben an...). Zudem war das Zimmer und vorallem das Badezimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Das Mobiliar ist etwas älter, jedoch ganz ok. Von der Lage her ganz schön (ein bisschen erhöht, Restaurants, Bars, Tavernen, Markets in der Nähe, super schöner Sandstrand), Aussicht vom Zimmer super, Servicepersonal freundlich.

HOTEL QUI NE MERITE PAS 4* SERVICE DEPLORABLE

Hôtel qui manque de rénovation (odeur d'égout dans la salle de bains notamment).Evitez à tout prix les chambres sur le bâtiment principal petites et non rénovées et privilégiez les chambres Golden wing (nouvelle aile).Le personnel ne semble pas managé, pas souriant, accueil même désagréable lorsque j'ai dit que la chambre n'était pas au standard et qu'il y avait des odeurs d'égout. WIFI payant Evitez la pension car nourriture très moyenne. Privilégiez un 5* pour un prix semblable. Seule la vue sur la mer est superbe.

Ligger litt utenfor byen (10 km) men med nok av spisesteder i nærheten, all inclusive kan også kjøpes rimelig på hotellet. Fin strand, men med tidvis noe søppel drivende inn fra sjøen.
