Séjour à l'hotel très agréable, personnel sympa et discret, nous avons découvert que notre chambre réservée était en fait une Suite (très grande pièce avec lit kingsize,douche très agréable et toilette séparée, frigo silencieux et rempli coffre fort sans supplément ). Etablissement particulièrement silencieux, pas de claquement de porte, pas de bruit dans les couloirs, chasse d'eau silencieuse, même les chaises dans la salle du petit déjeuné sont équipés de patins antibruit.

The room was modern and spacious, balconies with a sea & mountain view. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with hot & cold choices, great coffee! Staff superb. Guests friendly with kind hearts. My wife was surprised when two Dutch couples presented her with a small gift, singing Happy Birthday on her birthday. Parking on site. Close to all amenities. Shout out to Anna & Constantina.

We had a wonderful stay at Astoria and would definitely come back. The hotel was always very clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was modern, comfortable and the bed was large enough for both of us. The air conditioning was excellent and definitely saved us during the hot days. The breakfast selection was rather small, but everything was fresh and tasty, and we always found something we enjoyed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful sea view. We upgraded to a room with a better view, and it was absolutely worth it. The private hot tub was also fantastic and made our stay even more special. The only small downside was that the hot tubs of the neighboring rooms were visible to each other, so the privacy was not perfect. The location was great. Although the hotel is next to a road, we were never bothered by traffic noise. The beach, harbor and many restaurants are all within a short walking distance. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would happily recommend Astoria to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Agia Galini.

Hôtel très agréable, le personnel vous accueille avec le sourire et s'intéresse à votre séjour sur l'île. Les chambres climatisé ont un décor atypique toutefois ils sont équipées d'une bonne literie. En ce qui qui concernent les petits déjeuner il y a pas mal de choix (sucré et salé) mais je trouve le prix un peu cher pour des produits qui ne sont pas fait maison.

Wunderbare Aussicht und freundliches Personal

Herrliches Panorama über das libysche Meer mit riesiger gemütlicher Terrasse. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Lift, aber das ist gutes Training. Die Altstadt und der Strand sind binnen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, Supermarkt neben an.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend für eine Nacht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, bräuchte man etwas mehr Platz. Der Außenbereich war mega - der Whirlpool hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf's Meer. Das Frühstück war gut - aber dort könnte man noch ein bisschen mehr Auswahl anbieten. Das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl - also im Zweifel trägt man seinen Koffer in den 4. OG. - Das Hotel hatte uns mehrfach via Expedia DMs geschickt, dass wir denen eine E-Mail schreiben sollten, damit sie unsere E-Mail-Adresse haben. Das habe ich getan, allerdings kam nie etwas zurück. Das hat genervt, da es offensichtlich sinnlos war. - Als wir einchecken wollten, war niemand da. Wir standen 10 Minuten am Empfang und keiner kam. Ich rief daraufhin an - und es klingelte das Telefon am Empfang. Auch dann kam niemand. Erst, als ich mich selbst aufmachte und in die Küche ging (was ein Gast eigentlich nicht tun sollte), traf ich jemanden. Die Damen waren sehr nett, aber das Erlebnis schlecht. - Später abends wollten wir schlafen und über der Tür leuchtete eine helle Lampe, die sich nicht ausschalten ließ. Ich rief mehrfach an der Rezeption an, die angeblich bis 0 Uhr besetzt sein soll, aber wieder ging niemand ran. Da das Hotel keinen Fahrstuhl hat und ich nicht um 23 Uhr vier Stockwerke hoch- und runterlaufen wollte, habe die Lampe dann notdürftig abgedeckt. Das ist aber ein No-Go! Insgesamt: Location toll, Aussicht super, Service und Mitarbeiter: brauchen noch viel Training!

Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Das Gepäck muss man selbst in die Stockwerke tragen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht wirklich einladend. Lauwarme Eier, kaum Frucht, viele Süßspeisen und ein bedingt geniessbarer Kaffee. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. In der Dusche konnte man sich kaum umdrehen. Der Duschkopf fiel aus der Halterung, wenn man das Wasser abdrehte.

Accueil sympathique et exceptionnel par la gérante de l’établissement qui devance toutes vos questions et fournit naturellement les informations utiles pour profiter au mieux du séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un buffet d'excellente qualité servit dans une salle très agréable. Les chambres ne sont pas modernes mais très propres, disposant de tous les éléments de confort et bien entretenues. La localité n'a pas d'intérêt particulier mais est une bonne base pour les visites.

Nice hotel with clean room and wonderful bed. Only you should be aware that the incredible terrace on the sea you see in the photos is not open to all guests but is exclusive for the suite. Would be great to have a similar solarium open to every one.
