Discover Petasos 2, a charming modern and sweet rural retreat nestled in the picturesque area of Sellia. This family-friendly villa offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, accommodating up to 4 guests across its two well-appointed bedrooms.
Petasos Villa boasts a generous 80 sqm of space, comprising 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll discover a double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double-bed, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a large shower and WC. An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where a second bedroom, a spacious shower/WC, and a lovely open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connect to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level features large French windows that open to a spacious veranda, complete with patio furniture and breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding area.
The villa also features a 25 sqm private swimming pool with an attached kids' pool and a shaded area (pergola) housing a barbecue and outdoor furniture – perfect for enjoying your meals al fresco. The property is fully air-conditioned and offers free WiFi and satellite TV, and it includes its own parking area.
Plakias is a coastal settlement located in southern Crete, 40 kilometers south of Rethymno.
