Relaxing, beautiful scenery

Villa Petasos is located about 1.5-2 hours from the airport in a small village of Sellia. The villa is recently rebuilt with all the modern amenities (fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioners in every room), the view to the sea is really beautiful and the pool is pretty spacious. The village has a few restaurants and some stores, while the neighboring town of Plakias (10-15 minutes with a car) has quite a few supermarkets / restaurants etc. a nice beach with plenty of space and various activities such as horse riding, boar riding and so on. A few small cons: - The hot water from the taps can become quite hot, so be careful - The internet connection was quite unstable at times, perhaps during peak usage. - Pool depth is about 1.5m with no gradient, which might be a bit limiting for families with small children.

Tolle Villa Petasos 2

Man muss akzeptieren, dass die Unterkunft 2 Etagen hat, die nur durch eine Aussentreppe verbunden sind. Ansonsten alles modern, sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen lang mit 4 Personen sehr wohlgefühlt. Das vorhandene Besteck ist knapp bemessen und von minderer Qualität, passt nicht zur übrigen Einrichtung.

Der Blick aus dem oberen Wohn-Küchenbereich ist schön Ein Reinigungsservice hat nur auf Nachfrage stattgefunden. Dafür haben wir nach einigen Tagen morgens sehr früh eine Anfrage an den "Poolboy" gerichtet. Einige Reinigungstabletten für die Spülmaschine und ein frischer Spülschwamm, wären hilfreich. Der Außenbereich ist trist und könnte so schön sein, wenn er begrünt wäre statt ein Schotterparkplatz. Ein größerer Tisch auf dem Balkon im Obergeschoß wäre schön gewesen, um auch jetzt im Herbst draußen zu frühstücken. Dass das zweite Schlafzimmer nur über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen ist, läßt sich natürlich nicht mehr ändern, es ist aber befremdlich!

Superbe villa avec très belle vue, dans un village typique de la Crête. De belles pièces le seul petit bémol l’escalier qui se trouve en extérieur, car avec de jeunes enfants les chambres sont pas au même niveau.

Une très jolie maison toute neuve, avec une belle vue, dans un petit village

Une maison neuve pour 4 personnes, très propre et bien décorée; une jolie vue; une petite piscine (nettoyée tous les jours par un jeune homme sympathique!); une climatisation efficace par grandes chaleurs A 10 min en voiture du village balnéaire de Plakias et de la plage abritée de Souda ( route de montagne) 2 restaurants très bons dans le village avec une belle vue( Elia et Plateia?)

Delightful quiet location just below village.

Fantastic views from the upper balcony. Very welcoming friendly owners. Short walk uphill into Sellia for minimarket and tavernas. Maybe include a safe for valuables.
