Pyrgos exquisite villas are an exclusive complex of seven holiday homes offering an unparalleled escape into the heart of Mediterranean bliss.

Nestled near the picturesque seaside town of Plakias and the village of Sellia in south Crete, the villas offer wonderful views of the south Cretan Sea, capturing the essence of modern luxury and traditional Cretan character and providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable vacations.



The property is located 2 km from Souda sandy beaches, restaurants, and taverns, while Plakias resort is just 3 km away, offering a wide range of amenities.

Pyrgos exquisite consists of four 2-bedroom villas and three 1-bedroom villas, each with a private pool.

Villas number 1, number 2, number 3, and number 4 have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this villa, designed to accommodate up to five guests. A newly built 55 square meter oasis, this home boasts breathtaking views of the waterfront and the majestic mountains, inviting you to bask in the natural beauty that surrounds you.



Each villa features a one-story layout. Upon entering, you'll find a living-dining area with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning units and flat-screen TVs. The pool at each villa measures 27 sqm, and there is outside furniture to enjoy the Cretan sun.



The surrounding area is blessed with some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The nearby renowned beach of Preveli, with its unique palm forest, and Damnoni are just two of the exceptional options. Majestic gorges, historical sites, and cultural attractions can also be found in the vicinity.

Apartment mit eigenem Pool!

Wir waren wohl (mit) die allerersten Bewohner dieses nahezu perfekten Apartments mit 2 (!) Bädern und haben die dieses und die Lage, den Ausblick und den Pool (bei 40c!) sehr genossen. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, aber das Kochen haben wir eh den Restaurants in Plakias überlassen. Das Grundstück zu Villa 1 hat leider nicht wie die anderen Villen eine abschließbare Tür, somit hat jeder einfach Zugang zur Terrasse. Um das zu vermeiden, sollte man Villa 2-7 wählen…dort gibt es keine Überraschungen wie z.B. Poolboy, Handwerker, Zimmerreinigung o.ä., denn dort ist die Terrasse nur durch eine abschließbare Tür betretbar. Ach ja: warum ein SAT TV nur griechische Sender empfängt, und damit die doch eher internationale Zielgruppe der Anlage verfehlt, konnte man uns nicht plausibel machen.
