Villa Theano is a 200 m2 residence situated in the southern coastal area of Triopetra in the prefecture of Rethymno. The Villa has impressive ocean views of the Libyan sea and can accommodate 9 guests in beds and up to 10 if necessary. It is the perfect setting for a seaside escape just for you and your loved ones to enjoy, situated in southern Crete only a few minutes by foot to Small Triopetra beach. The villa is the perfect choice for big families, a group of friends as it offers privacy and independence within your group.

Layout

Main Level

Entering the main level of the building there is an open plan area consisting of the living room with a 32"satellite HDTV and PlayStation4, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. The living room offers an energy fireplace and a sofa with a pull out bed.

From the living room area there is direct access to the balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views. The bedroom on this level features two single beds (0,80 x 2,00) that are joined to create a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom offers a closet with interior lighting, AC and a private balcony with sea views. Finally, the is a WC with a washing machine on this level.

First Floor

The first floor has two air-conditioned bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms with a shower.

One bedroom offers two single beds (0,80 x 2,00) that are joined to create a King size bed. The second bedroom features a King size bed (1,60 x 2,00). Additionally they each contain a 32" television, closet with interior lighting, AC, a mini fridge with a kettle and toaster and a private balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture.

Ground Floor

The ground level apartments main entrance is reachable by stairs going down from the pool area thus making it independent from the rest of the house. The apartment consists of an open plan area with the second furnished living room and kitchen area. There is outdoor access from the ground floors living room to the front part of the house with outdoor furniture and sea views thus making it also wheelchair accessible.

Additionally this level offers a washing machine, a clothes dryer and a bathroom with shower. Finally the apartments large bedroom contains a King size (1,60 x 2,00) and one single bed (0,90 x 2,00), an ensuite bathroom with shower, AC, and closet with interior lighting.

Outdoor area

-? private 50m2 salt water swimming pool (1,50 max depth) with an adjacent childrens pool. Pool can also be heated with an additional charge upon request (please note that the pool heating can be used with an additional charge upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice)
-Umbrellas, sun beds and chaise longue by the pool

-Outdoor kitchen, fully equipped gas barbecue facilities equipped with an outdoor sink and a refrigerator fridge for your comfort
