Shared his WhatsApp contact as soon as we booked and was available via messages throughout the trip - super nice and friendly.He made a reservation for us at a nice place nearby on the first evening which was very helpful - we didn’t have to worry about finding a good place immediately upon arrival.When we were checking out our flight was in the evening and he graciously let us check out a few hours later - which was also very convenient.The place is located 10-15min walk……

The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions. ”
