Beautiful View

Beautiful home with a magic view. House well equipped and the deck is magnificent. If you have young children be aware that the second bedroom is in a seperate section of the house that involves going outside to get to. Estate is amazing with sparkling pools, tennis courts and playground.

Read the fine print and don't expect what you see in the photos!

Disappointingly, on arrival at Butterfly house, the timber verandah from the carport to the front door had been left very dirty and muddy from boots and not been cleaned. This was rectified the next day by a cleaner, all around the timber decking where required. A hose had also been left running in the front yard for the duration of our 5 day stay and no-one came to attend and fix the problem as it was not fixable by us. The furniture on the front balcony and throughout the main living areas is very soiled and uncomfortable and really looks like it has been bought from the local "op shop" and is definitely passed its use by date. No aircon in the main part of the house (where the 2 of us would be staying) and blinds and dining chairs were very soiled and really, for the price charged, should be replaced. The house may have won an award in 2015 (probably only because of the unusual roofing), but we are sure it would not now. It is very tired looking and not maintained well.

Great location but tired and unclean

Wonderful holiday in the estate and Agnes but butterfly house is tired, and was not clean. I would choose another house in estate. Not suitable for young families as sleeping rooms seperate by outdoors

Tranquil, superb views and private beaches. A bit isolated if no car but for us that was the beauty of it

Sensational Views

Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean and lovely natural surroundings. The Infinity pool on the estate was stunning and refreshing, and the walks down to the beach were most enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Stunning home and location.

We had a wonderful stay at the butterfly house at Agnes Waters. The views from the deck are amazing and the pools and tennis courts make it an awesome holiday location. We will be back!

Great little spot, hidden away amongst the trees with stunning ocean views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Butterfly House. The property location provides stunning views to the ocean. There are many native animals that visit from cockatoos, scrub turkeys and wallaby. House is equipped with 2 living rooms - the 2nd self contained wing for the kids was great (bathroom/media room & bedroom). Red Rock walking track is a short trip away and provides exceptional hikes to a variety of beaches both rocky & sandy to explore. House wifi was initially weak in the main part of the house - logging out and back into the wifi a few times fixed this and the signal was strong throughout all parts of the house except the main bedroom. The kitchen has all the appliances you'd require for a extended stay - Bring your own tea & coffee/pods as there was none supplied on arrival. (A coffee pod machine is available for use). Tennis courts, 2 infinity pools and multiple BBQ areas are available for use within the gated community. These amenities are what made our stay most enjoyable as we did not expect them to be as empty as they were during the school holidays. These amenities are maintained to a high standard and we appreciated the cleanliness and daily effort the groundsman put in ensuring bathroom/pool change rooms etc were sanitized. The only downside to the property was the sliding screen that protects you from the elements on the side deck was unusable. Not sure if there is a trick to it or whether the rollers had seized. Instructions or a note would have been useful. All in all, a wonderful stay and we will certainly be back next time.

It was a beautiful stay at The Butterfly House, it was quiet, private and had a beautiful view. The estate was beautiful and quiet we felt like we were in our own little world and we will be back one day.
