Damia Villa 2 . Townhouse right in town near the beach, free Wifi, boat parking plus provides linen. A modern stylishly furnished three bedroom two storey townhouse in a boutique complex of only two villas in the heart of Agnes Water.
This holiday property is located in the perfect position within an easily stroll to all amenities of Agnes Water township including cafes, restaurants, specialty shops plus the patrolled surf beach, park with kids playground & BBQs area.
A lovely swimming pool is provided that is shared only between the two townhouses plus Damia Villa 2 offers Free Wifi, provides linen & has room to park a boat. 1770 boat ramp, marina & 1770 foreshore is only 5km away where you can enjoy all the area has to offer.
This well designed home sleeps up to 6 people.

Upstairs master bedroom with queen bed & linen supplied, ensuite bathroom & air conditioning.
Beautiful timber floors & splashes of colour provide a warm & cosy environment open plan lounge & dine area all air conditioned
Fully self-contained kitchen with dishwasher plus private entertaining deck with dining setting & BBQ.
Downstairs provides two bedrooms one with queen & other with 2 singles includes all linen plus air conditioning
Main bathroom with bath, full laundry facilities
Carport facilities plus room for other vehicles, trailers & boats

Great home with plenty of space for 2 families. Everything you need is there.

Excellent position opposite the shops small walk to beach. Spent a lot of time enjoying the veranda with bbq and nice outlook. Smart tv and made use of the games and pool area. Easiest check in I’ve ever had. Real estate were wonderful to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient to shops!

The pool needed a clean,bins especially recycling were filled by the other occupants.and unfortunately we had no hot water as the system had to have a new one put in,otherwise pretty good.

Great location. Property clean and tidy. Lots of seating inside and out. Loved the extras beach chairs and umbrella. Pool had black spot and no suction on pool cleaner. Nice to swim in but would be even better when sparkling. Great walking distance to beach and shops.
