“Our stay in Gladstone was disappointing overall. The after-hours check-in process was complicated and not clearly communicated, which made arrival stressful. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained, with a ripped chair and used dental floss left on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property needs better attention to detail and housekeeping standards to meet basic guest expectations.”
