Welcome to Seabreeze on Dolphin, 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Unit with communal Pool. Single garage to secure your surfboards, kayaks, bikes while on holiday.Easy walk to Australia's northern surf beach.

Sleeps 8, linen provided, air-conditioned in living room, master bedroom and bunk room.

The Space:
Large Patio to take in that refreshing sea breeze with outdoor lounge, high set dining table and electric BBQ.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Electric cooking, lovely long kitchen stone bench and open plan dining/living area. Smart T.V. Wifi Provided.
Large master bedroom King bed, WIR and spa bath and separate shower. 1 Queen room and 2 single rooms (2 single beds and set of bunks).
Sorry No pets as the property is under body corporate rules and regulations.
Linen Supplied just bring your beach towels. Please note pool times and strictly no glass to enter the pool area.

Guest Access:
Key lock box at front door for easy access. Please park in Dolphin Court in Garage once you have unloaded your vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
There is limited parking for large boats, as you are in a unit complex.
Noise around pool area is to be kept minimal and Definitely NO Glass around the pool area.
