Summary:
Ground floor 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a double storey dwelling. Completely renovated in your downstairs private living quaters. Entrance opening to the large living room area leading into the large kitchen with everything supplied. Smooth flowing accommodation with the bedrooms and bathrooms on one side and all the living on the otherside. Electric cooking, dishwasher, and barrista coffee machine and 2 fridges.
Its so close to town and shops, pick up your surfboard and head to the beach! No need for the car now you have arrived.

The Space:
Master King bedroom with ensuite, bedroom 2 is a Queen bed, and bedroom 3 has the holiday bunk, double bed below and single bunk above.
All rooms are airconditioned and ceiling fans throughout the accommodation. It's perfect for the family to get away and plenty of space to either sit quietly to read a book or flipout on one of many choice sofa's to flick on your favourite TV show.

Guest Access:
You have access to downstairs only and front garden/yard. The property is double storey however it is a shared residency with no access to upstairs. There are no internal stairs.
Private Entrance with room for a car and boat. The driveway is shared so please park on the right side and there is room on the lawn to park 2nd car or boat.
Outdoor seating to enjoy the morning sun and birdlife with your coffee. Walk to the everywhere in Agnes Water.
The laundry is shared and the back door is locked as no access to that side of the property. You will have sole use of the laundry during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
The property is on the main Captain Cook Drive with a hedge for privacy.

Getting Around:
Drive to the 1770 Headland to soak up the sunset or take a trip on the Larc or a day out to the Reef.

Other Things to Note:
As there is a residency upstairs please keep noise to a minimum for everyone's peace and comfort.
