“Lovely room with a nice view of a square. LOVED the hot tub and shower- very luxurious! The check-in process is a little confusing but we got in eventually. The bed was a little firm but any soreness is easily worked out in the hot tub in the morning!”

“I loved my stay here and would so stay here again! The architecture is stunning all the way up and check in and out is a breeze! Only thing is that it was not easy to find on maps for some reason. If you have trouble just know that its right across Ditaly the pizza place (at least 1 door to the left if not). The room was clean and furnished with cool decorations. They have a kitchen with all the kitchen utensils necessary including pots and pans! The bathroom separates the toilet from the shower……

“Personal excelente, amables, educados y con muy buen trato. El lugar es excepcional, tranquilo y lleno de paz pero tiene algo que hace que parte de la estancia sea horrible. El calor en la habitación, tuvimos que pedir dos ventiladores de pie más el de techo que tiene y aún así la habitación está a más de 35 grados en su interior. Es imposible dormir por la noche con esa temperatura, el dueño/a lo tiene que saber o debería y poner una solución porque eso arruina la experiencia. El resto de 10”

“Great location. Spacious. Will definitely rent again. Didn’t care for the thin/noisy bunk bed mattresses; ended up sleeping on the pullout sofa. Came back one evening and security door was wide open. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Could have used a guide for the washer/dryer unit.”

“I cannot highly recommend this property enough so this review won’t do it justice. It’s perfectly located and central in the old town of the city, with bars and restaurants a stones throw away. We loved the space of the apartment and the general feel being in an old character building with high ceilings and French balconies with lovely views of the street below. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you would need, including a washing machine! The host on reception was on hand if you had any……

“Det ligger rigtigt fint og der er nemt til alt på gåben. Vi boede 5 dage og fik ikke skiftet hvide håndklæder. Poolen er et forstørret badekar med et dejligt lag af solcreme.”

“Excellent studio apartment, clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you would need. A short walk to shops, bars, cafes and all the attractions of Alicante. Juan (the host) was so welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed to make the most of our time. Thank you Juan for a lovely stay.”

“Exactly what we needed for a 4 night stay. Nice large lounge area, 2 good size bedrooms. Great location with all areas of the city in walking distance.”

“Communication was excellent from start to finish. Pool was clean & staff v helpful. Location was ideal for exploring Alicante. Sound proof windows were superb as street below is noisy. Free laundry facilities were much appreciated & lockers v useful for day of departure.”
