A mid-century modern apartment in the famous historic centre of Agrigento, where you can enjoy the perfect blend of history and art by day and nightlife by night.<br>The apartment is laid out as follows:<br><br>-1 very welcoming entryway<br>-1 open-concept kitchen and living room<br>-1 bathroom<br>-2 connecting double bedrooms equipped with all amenities<br><br>CIN: IT084001C2DO2RWCQV<br>Located in the centre of Agrigento, just a few minutes’ walk from most of the city’s attractions, and a few kilometres by car from the province’s main points of interest<br><br>In the MID-MODERN Akragas Home apartment, you’ll feel as though you’re staying in the ancient city of Agrigento, yet with modern touches that bring you into the present day.<br><br>Every room (bathroom, kitchen–living room, and the two bedrooms) features a balcony overlooking the Valley of the Temples and the sea! <br><br>The first double bedroom features a queen-size bed with memory foam pillows and mattress (top of the line).<br><br>The second double bedroom features a king-size bed, and this room also has a memory foam mattress and pillows. <br><br>The bedrooms are partially separate, as you must pass through the first bedroom to enter the second one.<br><br>Both bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people in total (plus any infants who can be placed in the cot provided in the unit).<br><br>Upon your arrival, you will find your rooms ready for the night with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets and duvets that are completely hypoallergenic.<br><br>Inside the rooms, you’ll find: a complimentary welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, intimate hygiene products, a shower cap, and hand soap; a set of three towels for each guest (large, medium, and small).<br><br>In the closets of each room, you’ll find: twin-size sheets, pillowcases, and two pillows.<br><br>Additionally, both rooms feature a small corner with a desk where you can work in complete privacy.<br><br>The kitchen-living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is a real gem, offering the perfect blend of modern and vintage styles and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc.; it is also very bright and features a balcony. <br><br>There is a table where you can enjoy a convivial moment sharing lunch or dinner with friends, as well as a comfortable modern sofa where you can relax in front of a smart TV.<br><br>There is a bathroom with all the necessary amenities, including a deluxe walk-in shower, a balcony, and a washing machine—it’s truly very cosy. <br><br>The apartment is meticulously designed with attention to every detail, featuring stylish design elements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and make you feel right at home!<br><br>The highlight of the apartment is its prime location in the historic centre on Agrigento’s famous Via Atenea, yet it remains extremely quiet despite its central setting!
