「It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. 」

「Amazing decorations and food. Friendly staff. Beds abit hard for me but beautiful building. 」

I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. I'm hoping hotels.com would reconsider and provide a refund for the nights I didn't stay as I had to move to a better hotel and now paid for 2 hotels. I'm a...
