“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“We arrived early for check in so our suite wasn’t ready, but the staff provided us with a welcome drink, changing facilities and looked after our luggage whilst we went straight to the beach! Throughout our stay we felt extremely welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and interacted with us at every opportunity. We never needed to open a door for ourselves and everyone smiled and said hello. The suites were immaculate and cleaned daily. The complimentary breakfasts were really good and……

“We really enjoyed our stay hospitality was nice The only two comments that I'd like to make on why I didn't get five stars is the casino cleanliness and the ocean view for our suite wasn't actually an ocean view it was covered by trees. ”

“The property is spread out. Some of the rooms are in a four plex building, while some are single chalets or duplexes. Dining restaurants are quite far from the majority of rooms, requiring walking or taking a golf cart ride. The buildings are generally well maintained as are the grounds and landscape. The rooms are spacious but the bathrooms ( relative to the square footage) are small. The resort has plenty of staff, but there is no sense of prompt customer service. From the room if one calls……

“Staff very helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Restraunt great choice of food. Pool cleaned everyday. Only fault with Expedia they only offer 1 type of room at the back of property overlooking a very busy road , have to pay supplement to change room.”

“We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.”

“yes we had a pleasant week all around .staff were pleasant and were always around to help. breakfast was decent ( there was a gas shortage ) so we were understanding of the fact. property is dated but maintenance is still visibly seen all around. it must have beenn a 5 star i"m sure at inception.”
