Perfect family hotel! Our two-bed room was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt brand new. The pool is lovely and well-maintained — we lived there. The on-site restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is absolutely delicious and totally worth it. Must visit. Would book again!

This place was near perfect! The staff was excellent! The rooms and environment perfect. Only thing I could complain about was the restaurant closed earlier than posted and the pools should be open later. Other than that amazing loved it and will stay again one day in the future.

My stay with my friends at El Faro Hotel in Puerto Rico was simply amazing. The landscape and design was breathtaking. Such a peaceful atmosphere that makes every moment feel like a tropical escape. The staff is warm and attentive, and to my surprise the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely stay here again. It was truly an unforgettable and relaxing stay.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. They have a restaurant on the premises, but we didn’t get a chance to try it since we were always out enjoying the island. There was always plenty of parking, and the area felt very safe. The hotel has two pools—one in the front and another in the back—which was really convenient. Everything was clean, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Anytime we needed anything extra, the front desk responded quickly. The location was also a big plus. It’s about 10 minutes from Crash Boat Beach, which we absolutely loved. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby outside the hotel. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here again.
