「No room phone connected, nobody to answer the phone when you call the lobby using google maps number and nobody at the front counter for over 20 min while i was trying to figure out if there was a timer or a button since the hot tub was the same temperature as the cold pool. Also they charge for basically everything to expect to spend an additional 80+ per person if you plan on having one meal and a couple drinks there. 」

「Room with not hot eater at all, i did book a different hotel just to shower, they never offer not even to move me to a diferent room. Also had roaches at my room and even inside the hair dryer wish particles of dead ones coming from the blower and got directly to my face,situation was notified to front desk wich they came and took pictures of the roaches inside the hair dryer. Theyvsaid they notified the manager and that they where Goin to contact me ro rssokvevthe problem. Manager never respond...

「I was extremely impressed, every interaction was warm, staff members were caring and very attentive. The restaurant was incredible, the food was delicious and served in a wonderful atmosphere. The pool was clean and it felt so peaceful. I loved this trip so much. 」

「The property is lovely and the restaurant staff is excellent. The superior room is small but fine with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. Housekeeping services were not always provided. For over $400 per night, I certainly expected to come back to a clean, well stocked room at the end of the day. 」

「EXCELLENT! Spectacular view. Very scenic. Small inn with the pool, restaurant, bar, beach all in one. The room is simple but clean. The restaurant has good food that was reasonably priced. Great staff. Lots of beaches nearby. Excellent area for surfers. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here & would love to go back. 」

「We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view...
