Terrible Experience. Novotel staff makes false promises. Their team is not capable of handling any requests for a special occasion. They screw up on the big day even after a million confirmations. I have booked room for wedding night of my friend with extra amount of Room decor celebration package.. but the decoration and inclusion items are not there and it’s a wedding night.. It’s a very terrible experience. Here, I paid the advanced fees for room decoration.. Also, I confirmed regarding room decoration multiple times; Firstly, one day before arrival at the hotel, and Lastly, I was at reception counter for room details.. It’s a very horrible experience for the couple who stayed. This is the memorable day for them and they have ruined it.. I would suggest to check with the manager multiple times before your arrival..
