Everything was perfect! The staff at reception were extremely helpful in retrieving and organizing return of our package that we forgot in the fridge. Thank you very much Himani, Jyoti, Pranjal and Monica.

Charged me for 2 nights when I had only requested 1 night, put myself and my 13 year old son in a smoking room (well at least smelt of tobacco) when asked for a non smoking room. Ordered mocktails which never arrived and also latte at breakfast which was self serve but the machine was broken, so the waiter said they will provide but no such luck. Not ever stayed at a hotel where it has undelivered in such a spectacular fashion! Not sure this was a VIP benefit..

Staffs and service members were very helpful and polite. Hotel cleanliness was super. Morning breakfast had so many delicious items so never missed home food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.

We booked a 4 night stay in this hotel despit of horrible experiences previously thought they would changed as they are known brand name. But i was so wrong as the experience on this stay was even worse. The hotel has been refurbished in lobby to show the excellent looks but the rooms are so outdated they do not have a basic requirement of the world universal adpators,.flush doest work in the toilets. The A C makes noise. I can carry on with a list. Starting from day 1 we found the daibetic blood strained strip on the extra bed which was provided. The occupancy was for 3 people, and i had to repeatedly keep asking for an additional bed in the room and for all the toiletries and towel were for one person. Is it the guests job to checkin and find that the hotel room they booked for 3 isn't equipped for 3 people so they should wait around for the hotel to do their job. On the second day of the stay at breakfast we had asked for coffees and we ended up walking away without any because it never came. When we complained to the manager, he gave us an "upgrade" to another room but we were already eligible for a free upgrade through Expedia so clearly this was so compensation for their inefficiencies.

Okay stay/ not a 5 star property
Cannot be considered a 5 star property. Business room was dark, dinghy and small. I was locked out of my room for more than an hour because the card reader was not working and they couldn't fix it quickly. I was told it's a machine and that's what machines do. I then shifted to a smaller room but they refused to reimburse the difference. Breakfast was okay. There were flies in the breakfast room. Location was decent, close to the river and Netaji market.

Very miser in giving things like small towels and toilettories. They need major improvement in food quality and taste. Though we had paid for the breakfast, we hardly had any breakfast becazuse of poor taste & quality. Majority of the staff is professional and ready to help.

Nice Facilities, but not great service.
We stayed in the suite which was fabulous. It was very spacious and well laid out. The service was not very impressive. I asked for a crib on the reservation and was told it would be ready when we got there. I also discussed the crib on the phone and was told the same. But when we got to the hotel it took 5 calls and over an hour for the crib to be brought to our room. Each time the staff were very polite, but promised it would only take 5-10 min so it was a pretty bad start to our stay having a tired toddler with no place to sleep. The room had several things that didn't work. We couldn't close the bedroom door because the lock was broken. There was also a hot water heater that didn't work at all. And all of the lights were controlled by Alexa which was inconvenient with a sleeping baby. However, we did really enjoy our stay and would definitely go back again.
