Great Stay- would stay again!
Our stay was very comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast in the hotel had a variety of foods and staff were very accommodating for dietary needs. The location was good - the only inconvenience was that the construction of the metro line across from the hotel made it difficult for foot traffic.

Staff was really good and helpful . Breakfast was amazing and people in kitchen were very quick and dedicated to make things right. Overall stay was good but condition of room are not so good.. I stayed in this hotel total 7 days and here is always problem in bathroom .. this Time in room shower door was broken and water flow was very low. The door almost fell while I Try to close it .. hotel like this should focus also in rooms too.

Hotel with nice food :)
Visited for 2nd time cuz last one was good! And rhis visit also didn't disappoint me. Nice food and good people. Especially liked beverages I had at a cafe on 1st floor :) Just one thing the hotel has shampoo that works as conditioner too. But if your hair is too dry from perm and colouring like my hair, that conditioner wouldn't work. So recommend taking your own.

Terrible Staff - Mr.Jha in Graveyard shift
My friend was stopped at the reception citing security reasons and a rule which doesn't allow visitors after 10. When I asked Mr.Jha at the front desk to give this rule in writing , he behaved rudely and said No. One of those hotels where everything seems to be good except the staff. Upon further discussion with Jha, he confirmed that there is no such rule. This is ridiculous. How can u stop an entry of a visitor ? And give false and vague reasoning ? Is this how Marriott works now? Is this the service offered to customers? Pathetic is an understatement. I would specifically request that Mr.Jha undergoes some training on etiquette in hospitality. He is definitely not made for your organization.

A real clean hotel with real good food&internet
Food was good and everything was clean and neat. Personally, I usually go for dishes with meat but for dinner, I had a vegie lasagne for my diet and that was just great. Also internet provided there had great speed and that made my stay better as I could easily send emails for work.

The Worst Hotel In Ahmedabad
My stay at this hotel was terrible! I ordered room service and there was a big piece of glass in their burger. Worse was they did not compensate me for anything. Being an SPG group hotel, I expect them to provide me a reasonable compensation. But I was shocked to see that they did not care about customer service and clearly don't care about the lives of their guests. Never visiting them again!

Clean room, comfortable bed. The chef at the restaurant on site met us & enquired about how we liked the menu items. Liked the fact that the shampoo & shower gel (no conditioner provided) were in dispensers attached to the wall in the shower, thereby reducing the wastage of small plastic bottles. It would be nice if the hotel provided basic amenities like a shower cap & cotton swabs.
