「Quiet residential neighborhood. Host was incredibly responsive to our requests, practically instantaneous. When a power surge took out the ceiling fan in the living room, he brought us a powerful fan to use until he could get the part to fix it the next day. Great place to stay if you want some place quiet and away from the crowds, but 20-30 minutes from almost everywhere in San Juan. We brought our own beach towels, but if you don't, I recommend asking the host. He's very accomodating.」

「It was very beautiful inside and out. It had everything needed like towels for showering and beach towels, soaps for hair body dishes and conditioner. Very well maintained and cute place to stay and hangout. You could hear the coqui outside its very peaceful and not too far from everything.」
