We really enjoyed our stay at Mosaic by Ona. It’s a well-located city hotel, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés within easy walking distance. The location also worked well for our tours—pickup and dropoff were convenient.
The room wasn’t hugely spacious but perfectly fine for a family of three on a short holiday. Everything was clean and in working order. We had a small issue with the fridge on our first night, but the 24/7 reception team—especially Diego—were quick to help and got it sorted right away.
There’s no restaurant onsite, but that didn’t matter given how many good food options are nearby. Overall, a smooth, pleasant stay. We’d recommend it and would happily return.

The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. This does however need to be looked at. Also the hot water takes a long time to get hot so was a bit of a hassle having to wait a while for the water to get hot. Nether the less, everything else was fine and would recommend it and come again. Great location in the city too so everything was near.

The street is a little smelly but that isnt the fault of the hotel, its the spanish drains and the heat. There was no balcony, but it was too hot really to sit on the balcony anyway. The air conditionning jkept the hotel coll and comfortable, And youcan sit outside on the pool side on the roof- lovely views of the city and the sea
