My friend and I stayed 2 nights. The location of the apartment is very good. Within walking distance of everything. We were traveling by car and it was difficult to find the parking nearby. The host was responsive and responded to questions quickly.

The 39 Steps

The location was very good, allowing me to walk everywhere in the historic area. While the apartment worked for my short visit, I don’t think it would meet most Americans’ expectations for a VRBO property. I congratulate the photographer on making the place look more bright and spacious than it was. The front entry door was never locked during my stay, which did not give me a sense of security. Finally, the 39 steps up a steep, winding staircase would be an impediment to anyone with more than a carry-on bag.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons aimé la situation de l'appartement, les sanitaires, la chambre à coucher (matelas un peu trop ferme à mon goût). Détails à améliorer : changer les poêles qui ont bien (trop) vécu, changer les deux ampoules grillées (entrée et cuisine), vérifier la télécommande de télévision (ou les piles ?), remettre en place le détecteur de fumée (dans un tiroir sans les piles), huiler la porte d'entrée qui grince... mais globalement satisfaits.

Localisation incroyable!

Très bel appartement en plein centre ville d'Aix c'est vraiment appréciable d'avoir juste en bas tous les commerces et restos! L'appartement est très fonctionnel et le prix raisonnable! Toute la famille a bien dormi. Stationnement difficile alors le meilleur plan reste le parking de la Rotonde et on fait tout le reste à pied. On recommande!
