Welcome to our charming 45 m² accommodation, ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence city centre.

Located on a pedestrian street, it offers easy access to the city’s many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. It is just a few steps from the Town Hall Square and its famous market.

Nestled on the 2nd floor without a lift, in a building in the historic centre, you will simply need to climb a few more steps to reach this comfortable and practical pied-à-terre.

Our accommodation includes:

A living room: a warm and welcoming space with a sofa bed, television and Wi-Fi included in the price. The windows are double-glazed.

A fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room, with a counter, hob, all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave and Senseo coffee machine.

A bathroom: equipped with a washing machine, toilet and shower.

A bedroom: with a large double bed, storage space and a desk area.

A travel cot is available, but towels are not provided for it.

All household linen is provided: sheets, tea towels and towels.

Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available for the start of your stay (starter kit, not replenished):

Laundry detergent and cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

By car
Aix-en-Provence city centre is mainly pedestrian, and the street is located in a lively area.

We recommend parking in a nearby public car park.

The nearest car parks are:
Parking Rotonde, approximately 5 minutes on foot
Parking Bellegarde
Parking Carnot, also accessible within a few minutes on foot

The cheapest option remains the Brunet park-and-ride car park, located 3 km away. It costs around €3.50 per day and includes both parking and the bus journey for passengers to the city centre.

By bus
Aix-en-Provence bus station is well served by the bus network, including lines serving the city centre.
From the bus station, it takes approximately 10 minutes on foot to reach the accommodation.

By train
If you arrive by train at Aix TGV station, you can take a shuttle to Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a bus to the historic centre.

For more information about transport options and timetables, you can consult the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office website as well as public transport websites to adjust your route according to your arrival time.

Check-in will be self check-in.

The accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.

Early arrival at 12:00 p.m.: €25
Early arrival at 1:00 p.m.: €20
Late check-out at 12:00 p.m.: €25

Additional services can be organised upon request:

• Mid-stay cleaning

Dogs are welcome, limited to one dog per reservation. An additional fee of €30 will be charged on top of your reservation to cover extra cleaning. Any damage, wear and tear, or additional work resulting from the dog’s presence may be billed separately or deducted from the security deposit.

If you notice any damage upon arrival, within 4 hours of entering the accommodation, please inform us immediately and take photos if necessary so that we can assess the situation.

In the event of accidental damage during your stay, please also inform us as soon as possible.

The security deposit may be partially or fully retained in the following cases:

• Damage to the furniture or equipment in the accommodation, for example: damaged sofa, broken television.
• Theft, loss of keys, or missing items belonging to the accommodation.
• Lack of care taken with the accommodation during the stay, such as excessive dirt or rubbish left inside the property.
• Inappropriate or unauthorised use of the accommodation’s equipment.
• Failure to comply with the stay rules or the rental agreement, including pets, number of guests, arrival or departure times.
