Perfect location

Lovely and cosy apartment located at the center of the old part of Aix en Provence close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this apartment if you plan on visiting Aix en Provence.

Cozy apartment and great location

The apartment is really cozy, the balcony was really nice with a great view. The only thing we think could be better, were the lamps, some of them did not work.

Pretty French apartment close to the main squares

Traditional French apartment, nicely decorated and welcoming, only 5 minutes from the main market squares. Equipped with good amenities and with good communication from the owners, we would definitely recommend! Some reviews mention about the stairs being dark etc, but we honestly didn't find this a problem - there are sensor lights that flick on as you get near them all the way up. We loved having the balcony and enjoyed having our lunch on it, with fresh food we picked up from the market.

La casa è in pieno centro ed è molto caratteristica e confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato a dicembre e le notti sono state molto tranquille. Per un disguido informatico mancavano due lenzuola, ma la nostra ospite ce le ha recapitate prontamente... Davvero gentile!

Aïe les escaliers

Les escaliers pour arriver à l'appartement sont assez rudes mais on comprend puisque c'est un immeuble très ancien mais l'accès au 1er étage (étage à vivre - chambre en bas) relevait pratiquement de grimper à l'echelle. Heureusement, globalement ce n'était qu'une fois par jour. Mais ce serait bien de préciser un peu plus dans l'annonce pour décourager les personnes âgées que nous sommes (79 ans). Bonne continuation

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Der Check in war prima und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vorbildlich. Diese Wohnung, unter dem Dach, ist nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung. Alle anderen werden es lieben! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in der Altstadt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Maison typique d'aix avec un appartement très confortable en hauteur et tout à fait adapté pour nous quatre. Nous nous sommes vite sentis "chez nous" et, même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés, nous avons apprécié les échanges de mails avec Eloïse qui s'est montrée disponible et bienveillante. In the beautiful old city

The stairs up to the apartment are a bit rough, but that is the nature of the buildings in this area. The apartment upstairs is bright and modern. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and listen to the various church and clock bells that ring out over the rooftops of Aix. I think there are some students living in the building who liked to stay up late. The noise is easily transmitted through the building, which means our crying baby was probably also heard by the neighbors. With windows at both ends of the apartment you get beautiful cross-breeze to experience the winds of Provence. Cours Mirabeau is about a 7 minute walk and there are a few other squares and markers that are literally a couple blocks away.
