We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. We especially enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The parking lot was also very convenient. The main areas for improvement would be the shower in the room and the gym opening hours, as it would be great if the facilities were available earlier in the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location and amenities.

We stayed at Aquabella for 4 nights in September. The location is perfect and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The staff, from the front desk, the breakfast crew, outside bartenders, and cleaning team took pride in their profressionalism and customer service. It was wonderful to swim in the pool after touring for the day and to relax before heading out for dinner. We would stay here again Aix en Provence.

The room is very comfortable and clean Great room staff Front desk employees are great The breakfast is very deceiving, fruits are limited and do not taste so good and for Provence that is surprising. The sausages tasted nothing and the rest of the warm plates were the same, The coffee from the machine was awful, take the ones in the room If they could improve the breakfast, I would be back in a flash, as it is very well situated

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy with prompt responses. Front desk staff were always available, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The mattress on our bed was a little soft, so our room cleaner got an extra layer to put on the mattress which helped. We had 2 breakfasts at the hotel - there were 2 options: full buffet breakfast for one price or limited breakfast with charges of 3 Euros per item. We did not take advantage of the Spa services; as Canadian travellers, we spent our time exploring Aix-en-Provence. Highly recommended.
