Villa 120 m² for 8 pers. with covered terrace, 3 bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds 2 to 2 superimposed, 2 bathrooms, spacious dining room with TV with international channels and 2 sofas, large kitchen, air conditioning, with swimming pool 60 m², depth 1.5 to 2.3 m + pool shelter, on 3500 m² of fenced land, with large lawn for games and swimming accessories for children. Child safety ensured by a rolling cover on water.

Schönes Haus

Wir waren davon ausgegangen, das wir das Haus alleine nutzen. Der Eigentümer machte aber zur gleichen Zeit Urlaub in dem unteren Teil des Hauses. Sehr nette Eigentümer, aber man war nicht alleine. Dafür war das Haus dann zu teuer.

Fijn huis met mega zwembad

De site vermeldt dat het huis over 5 slaapkamers beschikt. In werkelijkheid zijn er slechts 3 slaapkamers. Het huis beschikt over een koelsysteem waardoor de nachten heerlijk koel waren. De bedden zijn uitstekend en er is veel kastruimte. De slaapkamers hebben horren voor het raam en het huis ligt op een rustige locatie op loopafstand van het kleine maar gezellige dorpje met een leuke restaurants, bakkerijen en een kleine supermarkt. Ondanks dat het huis uitkijkt op een begraafplaats, zijn het huis en de tuin heerlijk. Het zwembad is supergroot. Anders dan op de foto’s is het zwembad niet afsluitbaar met een hek, maar is er een alarm geplaatst. Deze ging helaas ook steeds in de nacht af waardoor we het alarm uit moesten zetten. De grill zoals afgebeeld op de foto’s ontbrak ook. Bij aankomst was het zwembad, het poolhouse en het kinderbadje niet schoon. Gelukkig kwam er dagelijks een tuinman die er alles aan deed om de kwaliteit van het zwemwater te verbeteren. Het poolhouse hebben we zelf schoon moeten maken. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, maar met een bittere nasmaak. De eigenaar heeft van de €500 borg die we moesten betalen €50 ingehouden omdat we vergaten om de vaatwasser aan te zetten bij ons vertrek.

Lovely villa in a beautiful French village

We had a wonderful week here in august 2023. There was 4 adults and 4 children aged between 5 - 9. The Villa was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and all the furniture very nice and practical. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need to self cater. Bathrooms very nice and clean on arrival. Most of the Villa is a bit dated as in photos but clean and comfortable. Pool is large and great undercover area to escape the sun. Rognes is such a beautiful town which we loved to explore. Boulangerie is 5 min walk away. Sabine was absolutely lovely - the lady who has the key and welcomes you to the villa. Only thing to mention is that this is not a 4 bed villa. There is only 3 bedrooms with sofa beds in the living room/dining room. Also, there was not a barbecue at the property even though this was on the list of amenities. We contacted the owner who said the previous guests had broken it however the owner did not replace it for us and so we had to go and buy one ourselves for cooking which was annoying. Not all the photos are accurate, they were probably taken some time ago. There is not a gate around the pool now (there is an alarm) and there were no cushions for the sunbeds so they were pretty uncomfortable. Despite contacting the owner to ask for a barbecue and cushions to be provided (as in the property description and photos) he didn’t reply. All together we had a great week but wanted to leave an honest review so others know what to expect!

Villa très agréable

Maison très spacieuse et très agréable, très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Endroit très calme, idéal pour le repos et la vie en famille. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter. Si nous devions mentionner un petit bémol, nous ferions référence au confort et à la solidité des transats de piscine, mais sans grande importance.

Très belle maison avec un grand terrain et une super piscine.

Très bon accueil avec un petit gâteau fait maison et une bouteille de vin. Endroit tranquille avec plein de visites et de ballades possibles à proximité. Le propriétaire et la dame qui nous accueillent sont très sympathiques. Je recommande.
