I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room ,everything was perfect! A true four-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful and gave us a free upgrade to our room! Very eco-conscious with water provided in reusable bottles. Spa was very luxurious.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Florent at reception was a wonderful host and told us all we needed to know to make the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and we had a brilliant night’s sleep. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Decent and clean hotel

The staff is kind and the facilities are well maintained. It is a suitable facility for business trips. If there is anything to improve, the breakfast buffet lacked fresh vegetables, and the Internet service was unstable when Wi-Fi was used in the room.

This property is close to everything. There are plenty of restaurants near by, and supermarkets. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra (16 Euro per person) to use the pool or the spa.

A great stop off on the way to your destination.

Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics Spa facilities really great, pool just at right temperature. Sauna and hamman perfect and jacuzzi. Albeit Saturday it was very busy, no seats, jacuzzi constantly full etc, sunday after lunch we had entire lot to ourselves. Dont miss out on these facilities which were excellent. Pool step area needed cleaning: clogged with gunk gathered where the stone floor meets the pool steps, dont notice unless you're coming out the pool orherwise very clean. Lift not working so had to use service lift, necessitating walking by workmen in your robe, and noise. No notice that works were ongoing. Not so bad at quiet times but when we checked in we were 20 mins waiting to use the lift behind others doing the same to go to our room! Very large underground parking area. Food only available for a couple of hours a day, what a loss of income for the hotel. Silly, even if it just offered pizza n burgers!! Lost opportunity to generate further income. Never saw the bar open. Nothing much in Aix tbh, a bit of a dump. A great stop off on the way to your destination.

L’Hôtel Urban d’Aix-les-Bains offre une expérience hôtelière de grande qualité, marquée par une élégance contemporaine et un réel souci du confort. L’accueil est professionnel, chaleureux et attentionné, avec une équipe disponible et à l’écoute. Les chambres sont très agréables : décoration moderne et soignée, propreté irréprochable, literie confortable et environnement calme, propice au repos. Quelques points d’amélioration peuvent néanmoins être relevés au regard du standing de l’établissement : les portes de la salle de bain, montées sur glissière, ont tendance à coulisser et à s’ouvrir, sans système de fermeture, ce qui peut nuire à l’intimité. On note également la présence d’une seule patère, un peu juste pour un usage confortable. De plus, la température de la chambre n’est pas réglable directement et nécessite de contacter la réception. En contrepartie, l’hôtel se distingue par de nombreuses attentions appréciables : machine à café et thé en chambre, fontaine à eau à l’accueil, coin café convivial, ainsi qu’un réfrigérateur partagé permettant de stocker des effets personnels, avec étiquettes mises à disposition — un service pratique et rarement proposé. Les espaces communs, pensés pour le travail comme pour la détente, sont élégants, calmes et très agréables. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité du centre tout en bénéficiant d’une tranquillité appréciable. Un établissement moderne et raffiné, très bien tenu, qui gagnerait à corriger ces quelques détails pour atteindre

Le petit déjeuner était bon. Juste le bruit désagréable d’une alarme de frigo. Et aussi trop d’écrans. Un coin plus calme sans écran aurait été apprécié. Les bains à remous étaient bien. La chambre propre: un grand tapis au sol aurait été super, plus douillet et chaleureux.
