「子ども2人と私の3人で利用させていただきました。一棟建ての宿をいろいろ泊まってきましたが、花hanaさんは設備が至れり尽くせりで大満足でした♪子どもがベッド派と畳派に分かれてるので、ベッドルームも和室も並んであって助かりました。暖炉も初めて使いましたが、チェックイン時に説明もありますが、詳しく書いた説明書もあったので、それを見つつ薪をくべたりしました。 宿までの道のりは道が狭いですが、肥後寿司さんの近くの筋から上に上がっていくのが一番近い道のようです。」

「The property itself appeared nice, well located, and equipped with several advertised amenities. However, due to its mountainous location, ambient temperatures were very cold and the unit was not adequately heated for winter conditions.When we arrived, the indoor temperature was approximately 2C. Despite turning on all available heating units, the temperature never rose above about 11C. The cold made the stay extremely uncomfortable, and one member of our party chose to remain in a running...

"旅店位置距離車站及商圈非常近，無論交通或購物用餐都十分便利，且散步不到10分鐘就可以到熊本城，熊本城的夜景真的很漂亮！ 另外二樓的飲料區和休息區提供的服務也很棒，位置很大、提供的飲料也十分多元，可以買完東西後到二樓喝飲料休息。 客房服務打掃十分乾淨，飯店人員也都很親切，早餐選擇中西式都有、也很美味，家人都很喜歡，下次有機會到熊本會再回住！"
